We are seeking candidates for school-based roles to be filled on a full time, part time or substitute basis.  School-based roles include:  teachers for small group remedial instruction (K-12) classroom teachers (Grades K-12 and  Instructor Assistants (Paraprofessionals) within special education programs. Additionally, we are seeking Speech Language Pathologists, Counselors, and Behavioral Specialists.

Position Summaries:
Teachers:  Deliver designated instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and/or writing skills to eligible students through utilization of Company-designed materials and educational strategies
Instructor Assistants (Paraprofessionals): Works to maximize student(s) ability to benefit from participation in the regular classroom
Speech-Language Pathologists: Design and implement intervention programs which remediate deficit speech/language skills of identified students. Work with school personnel and parents to design and implement the student’s intervention plan.
School Counselors: Provide individual, small group and classroom guidance (when appropriate) counseling with students, with signed parental consent. Counseling may focus on academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental issues to promote enhanced school functioning.
Behavioral Specialists:  Provide social skills instruction to students utilizing research based methodologies and approved curricula

Positions require bachelor's degree and valid certification as required by state and by position.  For paraprofessional positions,degree not required however,related work experience preferred.


Must understand that all children can learn. Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers. Must be flexible. 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software preferred.
Programs programs are in school settings.
The Company provides all classroom and instructional materials as well prepared lesson plans and paid training. Continued instructional and leadership support for all employees is also provided.
